Glamour magazine reports that Kim Cattrall spoke up on the set of the new SATC movie because she thought she was not getting enough money compared to what Sarah Jessica Parker was getting paid.
“I never expected to be paid what Sarah was being paid. But I felt that the offer was not worthy of what the three of us had contributed. And I spoke up about it. I feel like I stuck my neck out. I fought. I don’t ever want to be on a set where I feel undervalued,” she said. Cattrall also denied that she had fallen out with her fellow castmates: “Do you get along with your colleagues all the time? If you’re spending 18 hours a day at work, the last thing you want to do is go and have a drink with the people who you just (spend the day with). You just need to get away.”
The Sex and the City Movie is out here in the UK on May 28th. I am counting down the days….!
I tend have trouble finding the perfect fitting bikini because I am petite. For swimwear I shop at J Crew because I find that their swimwear fits me pretty well and they have a large selection of colors. The best way to order is through their catalogue or online because their stores tend to sell out fast.
Shay Todd is another swimwear designer that I like, but it is a bit more expensive than J Crew… I particularly like their cover-ups.
Victoria’s Secret always sells bikinis throughout the year and they normally have a sale. Actually, I just checked and there is a sale going on right now!
The first dress is by Balmain, a label that is becoming very popular at high end department stores for its long evening gowns and short cocktail dresses.
The last two dresses are by Giambattista Valli, who is known as the master of shapes. These dresses have already had many preorders for the autumn collection at Harvey Nichols and it is only April!
Who said modeling was an easy job?! Those heels designers make models walk down the runway in are so high they should be illegal! I don’t know how many times I have watched this, but it makes me nervous every time.

This was my invitation and I didn’t go. Now I am wishing I did because…on April 23 The London Paper reported that Jay Kay from Jamiroquai made an appearance. AND I MISSED IT! I am not sure if I should be admitting this, but I had a serious crush on him when they came out. I think it had to do with him dancing all sexy on that moving platform in the Virtual Insanity music video. Apparently Jay Kay was showing off his new 100,000 pound Audi outside the store.
On my facebook profile I have an application called ‘Elle Loves’. Basically, it is a box that updates daily which features Elle Magazine’s favorite item of the day.
Today they are featuring this tan belt from Primark (it’s like Englands version of Target but even cheaper). Cheap & Chic!
One of the great things about being in London right now is that I can watch one of my favorite shows, Katie & Peter. I fully admit it…I love the show.
She is a glamour model also known as ‘Jordan’ and he is a has-been pop star. It’s a match made in reality television heaven! With all their flaws and faults, they do have a great marriage and are fantastic parents.
They are the UK’s most famous couple and you either love them or hate them really. I personally can’t get enough of their quirky behavior and ridiculous conversations/comments. If you have not seen the show then you probably don’t have one clue as to what I am talking about. I suggested going to YouTube to see for yourself.
Oh and Katie & Peter is on tonight at 9pm iTV2 after American Idol….I know what I am doing tonight!
