I just called Clarins here in the UK. They are not selling the shimmer body oil this summer because of packaging issues, but they will hopefully relaunch it in the near future!

Yesterday I was out buying some new makeup and I stopped at the Clarins counter..the oil may me in stores within the next month. Gosh I hope so!!
